Open an assessment and the prompt greets you. The scoring guide sits below it behind its own link, and skipping that link is the most expensive habit in the courseroom. A prompt describes a topic. A guide describes what earns marks, row by row, and the two only partly agree.
So the guide gets transcribed before a paragraph exists: every row, with its strongest description quoted exactly. Those descriptions are mostly verbs. One row wants analysis. The next wants a judgement measured against a standard. A passage that describes where the row asked for judgement drops a column, however well it reads.

02The session bills on a date, not on your progress
FlexPath renews on a calendar date whether or not you submitted anything inside it. That single fact is the economics of the pathway. Two rows cleared in a session cost what four rows cleared in a session cost, so the only lever is how much closes before that date comes round again.
Which makes the opening task counting rather than writing. Assessments outstanding, days left before renewal, and the sequence clearing the most rows soonest. That order is rarely obvious. A long assessment likely to come back should sit with faculty while the short ones are drafted.
03GuidedPath is the same courseroom on a different clock
Fixed weekly due dates, discussion threads with an opening post and replies scored apart from it, and a term ending on a date nobody negotiates. The scoring guide still governs. Pacing simply stops being a money question and becomes a calendar one.
So the plan inverts. Items are placed against their own due dates with room in front of each, and posts go up when the opening post is due rather than when replies shut. Anyone moving between pathways gets both plans, because habits that pay off in one quietly cost you in the other.
04The graduate nursing tracks carry a second job

Which column of the scoring guide gets written to?
The strongest one, treated as a specification. Its description for each criterion is quoted into the outline before drafting begins, and the passage is built to satisfy that wording. What separates it from the column below is usually specificity and evidence rather than length. No honest service promises a particular mark from a named faculty member.
An attempt came back for revision. What is the order of work?
It moves ahead of anything new. Each comment is answered beneath the criterion it was left on, with the changed passage marked so a reader can verify it without rereading everything. Can the practicum paperwork be taken on its own?
